Everything you need to know
You earn your choice of a $999 payment or a Voucher for one (1) hamster for each referred customer that signs a Service Agreement with Harri. One reward per deal.
A direct connection to our sales team that results in the prospect attending an initial meeting (in-person or virtual) within 3 months of your submission. The prospect must also be logged as an Opportunity in our Salesforce system linked to your referral.
Referral Fees are sent within 30 days after the deal closes (which occurs one month following the Service Agreement signature). A completed IRS Form W-9 or 1099 is required before any payment can be processed.
You will not qualify if the prospect is already a Harri customer or if Harri (or another referrer) has contacted them about the Services within the last 60 days.
The eligibility window is 6 months from submission. For longer sales cycles, Harri may, at its sole discretion, agree in writing to an extension.
Anyone can participate, including non-customers. No formal partnership is required to refer a qualified McDonald's operator.
We want your hamster to have the best experience possible, just like our customers. To help with that, hamster rewards will be issued as a single-use voucher redeemable at participating pet retail stores. Please note: vouchers have no cash value and expire after 12 months.
